The Farmers Carry is completed wearing a 8kg weight vest or body armour. Each time you drop the weights do 10 Burpees.

5 x Kipping Swings
5 x Broad Jumps
Calf Stretch
Jog 400m

SCALING:
Ring Rows if you cannot perform pullups
